This appeal is filed under Section 96 CPC aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 23.08.2016 in O.S.No.32 of 2008 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Mahaboobnagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal suit and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 24.11.2017 before the Registry. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
