Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

The petitioner contends that she has applied on 24.01.2016 vide application Nos.3000040700 and 3000040694 for regularization of her plot Nos. 61 and 61A in Survey Nos. 4P, 5P and 6P admeasuring 499 square yards situated at Guttala Begumpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, but Respondents 2 and 3 are not taking any action thereon. The learned Standing Counsel submits that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's applications, referred to above, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's applications referred to above, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to her. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
