HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR W.P.No.3066 OF 2007 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners submits that the Tribunal has directed the petitioners to consider the case of the respondents for absorption as Panchayat Secretaries and during pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
