This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., against the order dated 11/05/2009 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cumAdditional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad.

2. Sri A. Ravi Shanker, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Criminal Revision Case.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
