HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Civil Revision Petition No.6005 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction thereby directing the trial Court to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.100 of 2010 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur District filed by the respondents 1 &2 / plaintiffs.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner was working in Railways and retired on 29.03.2009. However, due to the suit filed by the respondents mentioned above, the benefits of the petitioner struck up in his department though there is no stay granted by any Court. Keeping in view the facts narrated above, I hereby direct the Court below to dispose of the suit expeditiously in the interest of justice within three months from the date of receipt of this order. Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, allowed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in the revision, shall stand closed.
