THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT APPEAL NO.1190 OF 2013 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Since this appeal is preferred against the interlocutory order passed in WP.MP.No.38698 of 2012 in WP.No.30353 of 2012 dated 27.09.2012 and as WP.No.30353 of 2012 has been dismissed for non-prosecution today, the interlocutory order passed therein would not survive disposal of the main Writ Petition and hence, no orders need be passed in WA.No.1190 of 2013.

The Writ Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
