THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO. 458 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.36357 of 2017 dated 4.12.2017. The Contemnor is present before this Court and submitted that the order of this Court was implemented by passing an appropriate order on 23.3.2018.

In view of the same, Contempt Case is closed. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
