Heard Sri G.Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Asst.Govt.Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3. Perused the record.

2. This writ petition is filed to declare action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not conducting survey in respect of land admeasuring Ac.4.00guntas situated in Sy.No.325lAA situated at Talakondapally Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the subject property') considering F-Line application vide ID No.TTDER 022100618030 dated 12.03.2021 submitted by the petitioner as illegal and consequently direct the respondent Nos.Z and 3 to conduct survey of the aforesaid property.

The petitioner herein is claiming that he is absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.4.00guntas in Sy.No.325/the subject property, Ac.l2.36gutnas in Sy.No.326, Ac.6.32guntas in Z.l5guntas in Sy.No.327lAA in total Ac.23.28guntas situated at Talakondapally Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the same, he has filed a copy of passbook and title deed. He had submitted F'-line **,

application vide ID No.TTDER022100618030 dated 12.03.2021 with respondent No.2 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the aforesaid land by fixing boundaries. Respoudent Nos.2 and 3 did not conduct and conclude survey. Despite repeated requests, there is no response from respondent Nos.2 and 3. Therefore, the present writ petition.

4. Whereas, learned Asst.Govt.Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 would conduct and conclude survey of the petitioner's land in accordance with law.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct and conclude survey of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.4.00guntas in Sy.No.325lAA, situated at Talakondapally village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, strictly in accordance with law by putting the petitioner and all the affected parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. If respondent Nos.2 and 3 *. noi inclined to consider the said F-Line application vide ID No.TTDER0221006 t g030 dated 12.03.2021 submitted by the petitioner, 2nd respondent shall assign reasons and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and 1r+ :

communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner. He shall complete the said exercise within forty five (45) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall also stand closed.
