HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18619 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 4 in not conducting survey and fixing boundary stones in respect of residential plot No.1-32 in Survey No.914 situated at Pedagadelavarru Village, TSunduru Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary. A perusal of the material placed before the Court would show that on 05.05.2012 the petitioner made a representation to the 4th respondent seeking to conduct survey in respect of plot No.1-32 in S.No.914 and fix boundary stones, after paying the requisite fee of Rs.250/- vide challan No.599. It is stated that till date, no survey has been conducted. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no survey is done so far and the representation of the petitioner will be dealt with, at the earliest.

Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 05.05.2012 made by the petitioner seeking to conduct survey of residential plot No.1-32 in Survey No.

date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
