Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to not press the revision petition with a liberty to approach the Tribunal for filing appropriate application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as sought for. No costs.
