The petitioners made an application to the 3rd respondent seeking conversion of agricultural lands into non-agricultural lands in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.7-54 cents in Sy.No.97/3 and Ac.7-79 cents in Sy.No.98/2 situated at Kurugunta Village, Anantapur Mandal and District. It is stated that the 3rd respondent has called for a report from the 4th respondent, who inturn submitted a report on 31-07-2015 and thereafter, no further steps have been taken by the 3rd respondent. Alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Keeping in view the fact that the 3rd respondent has already received report from the 4th respondent, as aforesaid, the 3rd respondent is directed to examine the same and the other record and take appropriate decision expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
