THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION(TR) No.6271 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "..........declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the applicant in terms of the G.O.Ms.No.112, dt.23.07.1997 and by taking consideration of G.O.Ms.No.48, dated 9-6-2015 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the respondents to regularize the services of the applicant in terms of the G.O.Ms.No.112, dated 23-71997 and by taking consideration of G.O.Ms.No.48, dated 9-6-2015 and pass such other order or orders." When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication, as the respondents have regularised the services of the petitioner vide G.O.Rt.No.197, dt.27.04.2019 In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
