This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / Accused Nos.1 to 4 in Cr.No.11 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Koheda Police Station, Kairmnagar District.

At the time of arguments, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet and hence the subject matter of the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
