THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43681 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not passing any orders on the stay petition or revision filed by the petitioner against the proceedings in Rc.CS2/60/2015, dated 24.10.2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending appeal before respondent No.3, petitioner was operating the fair price shop by virtue of the orders passed by this Court in earlier Writ Petition. Since statutory revision is pending before respondent No.2, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the case. In view of the same, respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till disposal of the revision, the order, dated 24.10.2016, passed by respondent No.3 shall stand suspended.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J December 16, 2016.
