HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.4997 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

The written instructions, furnished by the Station House Officer, Begumpet Women Police Station, are placed on record by the Government Pleader. According to the said instructions, the petitioner has not approached Begumpet Women Police Station and not lodged any complaint. It is further stated that the verification of the station records reveals that no complaint has been made by the petitioner. It is also stated that if the petitioner herein lodges fresh complaint, appropriate action will be taken on the same. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner to lodge a complaint afresh before the Station House Officer, Begumpet Women Police Station for necessary action according to law. There shall be no orders as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
