This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 25.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.357 of 2015 in O.S.No.385 of 2009 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Chittoor. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for both parties present. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.385 of 2009 on 27.06.2017. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.385 of 2009 on 27.06.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
