THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.14417 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief/s:- "....it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing impugned Notice No.64/2011 dated 28.04.2012 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently quash the same and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Learned counsel for the unofficial respondents/vacate petitioners is present.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
