THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.41928 OF 2016 ORDER :
Petitioner claims that the land was endowed to his family on account of services rendered by his family to Lord Sri Lakshmi Chennakesava Swamy and the temple is located in Markapur. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the 3rd respondent.
3.
Learned Standing counsel, on instructions, would submit that long back, these huts were constructed. In order to ascertain true status of the ownership of property, notices were issued to petitioner as well as the Tahsildar, Markapur and Executive Officer, Endowment of Markapur, to furnish relevant documents and to take further action. Notices were issued on 25.11.2016 and the matter is under active consideration of the Commissioner, and requests two months time to complete the exercise. 4.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to cooperate with the respondents and to furnish all the information and documents as available with him to enable the Commissioner to conduct fair and proper enquiry and to furnish suitable reply to the petitioner. If necessary, the Commissioner is also directed to cause notice on those persons who are alleged to be in occupation of the subject property and who have made constructions, without obtaining permission and after affording due opportunity, appropriate orders be passed, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
