This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.2 and 3 to enquire into the case of the petitioner and to take action against the 4th respondent.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed a complaint against the 5th respondent and that the 4th respondent in collusion with the 5th respondent is harassing the petitioner and that the petitioner filed a petition dated 16.9.2016 before the 2nd respondent to render justice and that the 2nd respondent directed the 3rd respondent to enquire the case against the 4th respondent. But the 3rd respondent did not take any steps.

Considering the submissions and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
"Respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to enquire into the case of the petitioner and take appropriate action against the 4th respondent, in accordance with law. If the above respondents fail to enquire into the case of the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedies that are available under the Code of Criminal Procedure." There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO, J Date: 18th October, 2016 Nn
