THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.9192 of 2017 ORDER :

Though the defacto-complainant is present seeking permission to compound the offence against the petitioner/ accused in Cr.No.598 of 2016 of Ramachandrapuram P.S. Cyberabad, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.376,417,420 and 506 IPC, this Court cannot incline to accord permission from the cognizance taken for the offence u/ sec.376 IPC also.

Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court and file any application to discharge for no grounds to discharge and in the event of framing of charges, for expeditious trial.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
