HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.A.No.822 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Leaned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ appeal itself with liberty to the appellant to work out her remedies before appropriate forum. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing the appellant to withdraw the writ appeal itself.
In view thereof, writ appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed and disposed of as such. Consequently, the order passed in the writ petition dated 12.03.2014 renders ineffective. Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
