THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4910 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fifth respondent in deleting the name of the petitioner from ROR 1-B Namuna and other revenue records in respect of the subject land and including the name of the sixth respondent in place of the petitioner.

This Court noticed that under Section 3(3) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, the petitioner has a remedy, and this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to invoke that remedy. It is needless to observe that when the petitioner files such application, the same shall be disposed of after hearing the affected parties in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
