Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.31378 of 2014 vide order, dated 15.12.2014. The same is not disputed by learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 3.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondent authorities to release the additional load as early as possible to the petitioner, which shall be subject to the outcome of the regularization scheme to be framed by the Government of Telangana State.
