THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 12756 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The prayer of the petitioners in this case is as under: "

to declare the action of the respondents in not registering the allotted plot Nos. 38, 39, 68, 69, 41, 70 and 130 at IDSMT Phase-II, Medak to the petitioners respectively as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to register the allotted plots at IDSMT Phase-II, Medak and handover possession to the petitioners forthwith." The petitioners made representation dated 21.02.2017 to the Commissioner, Medak Municipality, requesting registration of the plots in their favour. This representation is yet to be considered. That being so, this Court sees no reason to entertain the writ petition for adjudication on merits at this stage. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 21.02.

2017 in accordance with law and take appropriate action thereon. In the event the petitioners' request for registration of the plots is rejected, the reasons therefor shall be recorded and duly communicated to them. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
