Learned counsel for the petitioner says that lis in the writ petition is covered by judgment in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch, dated 23-122015. It is also stated that in pursuance to the order passed by Full Bench, a Division Bench of this Court passed orders in WP.No.22602 of 2008 and Batch, dated 29-01-2016. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of directions issued in Full Bench Judgment of this Court in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch and W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and Batch. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
