This Writ Petition is filed challenging the first limb of condition No.4 in the auction notice dated 30.11.2013 issued by the third respondent Devasthanam.

The impugned auction notice was issued for auctioning the lease hold rights of the third respondent Devasthanam for the years 2013-14 to 2015-16 and due to afflux of time, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
