It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri V.V.Ramana Reddy as well as Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Ltd., that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the Common Orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 & batch dated 31.03.2015. Following the same, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order dated 31.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 & batch. A copy of the said order be annexed with this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
