C.A.No.68 of 2016 is filed before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') alleging violation of the orders of the Tribunal passed in O.A.No.9198 of 2013, wherein the Tribunal directed consideration of the claim of the petitioner for regularization, by observing that that the applicant worked from 1984 to 1997 and that the posts are available as per G.O.Ms.No.88 dated 19.07.2000 and directed consideration of the claim of the applicant in the existing vacancies.

According to learned Government Pleader, by proceedings dated 26.04.2016 the issue was considered and held that petitioner was not continuously working and that there are no vacancies available; that petitioner is engaged as and when his work is required; his services were not regularized and his claim was rejected.

Thus it cannot be said that there is violation of the directions issued by the Tribunal much less deliberate and willful warranting initiation of contempt proceedings.

Contempt case is accordingly closed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies against the decision rejecting the request of petitioner for regularization. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 10th August, 2018 Rds
