Heard Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent-Project Director.

2. The petitioner is a Field Assistant. In the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the termination order, dated 02-8-2014, the 2nd respondent-District Collector made an endorsement to take appropriate action.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner that earlier the petitioner did not file explanation and in the appeal, he set out all the grounds relating to his explanation before the District Collector and the District Collector forwarded the same to the Project Director.

3. In these circumstances, the 3rd respondent-Project Director is directed to take appropriate action on the endorsement made by the 2nd respondent-District Collector within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs. ___________________ R.KANTHA RAO, J.
