Mr. Muddu Vijay, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that no further orders are necessary.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As the main writ petition is dismissed, no orders are necessary to be passed in WPMP.No.4022 of 2008 and the same shall stand closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
