Sanganaboyina Chandra Sekhar v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2589 of 2015 ORDER:
Initially, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented that the learned counsel for the petitioner is in another Court. Therefore, the matter was passed over. Again, when the matter is called, some other counsel appeared for the learned counsel for the petitioner and asked for an adjournment. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record. The record discloses that on filing charge sheet by the Sub Inspector of Police, Tallaproddatur Police Station, in Crime No.39 of 2015 on the file of Tallaproddatur Police Station, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jammalamadugu, issued Notice dated 14.07.2015 to the petitioner herein directing him to attend the Court on 29.10.2015 and submit his remarks, if any, otherwise, the Court will proceed in accordance with law.
This Court is of the view that the said notice issued by the learned Magistrate is in accordance with law and therefore, there is nothing to interfere with the same. The revision fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Dated: 04.11.2015 va THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO
