Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 15.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "On receipt of a private complaint filed by the petitioner herein from the Hon'ble Court of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, RR District, a case in Cr.No.331/2017 U/secs.420, 441, 463, 120-A IPC dated 25.7.2017 was registered against one Mr.Pratap Reddy and 5 others and taken up the investigation into the case.

The sum and substance of the private complaint of the complainant/petitioner herein is that the accused A1 to A6 have conspired together with a malafide intention to grab the properties of the complainant and other purchasers by creating fabricate documents in collusion with the persons namely G.Rama Devi and her husband G.Krishna Rao and obstructing the surveyor from surveying the land.

During the course of investigation, the investigation officer examined the complainant/petitioner and recorded his detailed statement.

Notice U/sec.91 Cr.P.C. dated 8.9.2017 was issued to the petitioner/complainant requesting him to produce the relevant documentary evidence in support of his version and also to produce the relevant witnesses. Basing on

the outcome of the investigation into the case, appropriate action will be taken against the accused in the FIR.

As part of investigation, a letter dated 13.12.2017 was addressed to the Sub Registrar, Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy District requesting him to furnish the certified copies of document Nos.5141/2004, 5143/2004, 5144/2004, 5145/2004 for the purpose of investigation into the case. The reply of the Sub Registrar is awaited. The investigating agency is going to address a letter to the Asst. Director, Survey and Land Records, requesting him to survey the subject lands of the petitioner/complainant to enable the investigating agency to take further course of action into this case. It is pertinent to submit that the investigation is under progress. It is pending for want of examination of some more witnesses and for collection of material evidence to establish the offences mentioned in the FIR. I assure to this Hon'ble Court that the investigation will be completed as expeditiously as possible and an appropriate report U/sec.173 Cr.P.C will be filed into the Hon'ble Court at the earliest.

To complete the investigation into the case, it requires some more time to the investigating agency. I pray this Hon'ble Court to grant some more time to the respondent police for completion of the investigation. " 3.

Having regard to the above instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police authorities to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
