Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development.

Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed aggrieved by nonconsideration of the representation dated 28-12-2018 made by the petitioner to the respondents to grant permission for erection of wall attachment hoarding (size 50x20) at Krishna Hotel complex, Lakdikapul X Road, Hyderabad, suffice it direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation dated 28-12-2018 made by the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
