This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to accord permission to the petitioner to conduct "Moharam Peerla Festival" from 21-09-2017 to 04-10-2017 at "Run-Hussain-Panja" Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the interim order dated 08-09-2017 granted by this Court has been complied with, the grievance of the petitioner has been attended to. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
