HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.420 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dt.12.12.2018 in W.P. No.42941 of 2018, which directed the respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.20.06.2018 within four weeks. It is stated by Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondent that a Review Committee, in which the respondent is a member, initially passed an order dt.29.01.2019 to extent the period of suspension of the petitioner for a further period of 180 days and that recently the successor of the respondent passed an order dt.06.08.2019 disposing of petitioner's representation. In this view of the matter granting liberty to challenge the proceedings dt.29.01.2019 and also the proceedings dt.06.08.2019, in a separate proceeding, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
