Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting her case. 2.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
