Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant government Pleader for Home.

As per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, petitioner alleges that the unofficial respondent No.5 is trespassing into the Trust activities, to which he is the Chairman, and aggrieved by the same, he made representation to official respondents for taking necessary action. As no action has been taken, he filed the present writ petition. Along with the writ petition, petitioner also filed copy of the representation, acknowledged by the office of the District Police Officer, Rajanna Sirsilla District. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2019, in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
