ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contends that in pursuance of the order dated 7.9.2007 passed by this Court in WPMP No.24394 of 2007, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, if it is permissible under law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
