Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not passing orders in statutory revision vide No.E1/ 141/ 2016 preferred by the petitioners under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 assailing the orders of respondent No.3 dated 03.10.2016 in D/ 789/ 2016, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the interim application filed along with the revision was already heard on the date of receiving, i.e., on 15.11.2016 itself, till date no orders are passed. Hence seeks a direction to the authorities to pass orders on the said application pending revision. 5.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the stay application is already argued, necessary directions may be given to the respondent-authorities to pass orders in the stay application, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

Having regard to the above statement and in view of the representation made by Sri Y.Ashok Raj, learned counsel for the petitioners that I.A. filed in RC.No.E1/ 141/ 2016 was argued on 15.11.2016 itself, the Joint Collector-respondent No.2 shall pass appropriate orders on I.A. filed in RC No.E1/ 141/ 2016, within a period of one week or ten days from today. Status-quo as on today to be maintained with regard to the property in dispute for a period of ten days.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 8.
