ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not setting in motion the process of enquiry and passing final orders on the proceedings Rc.No.DICS/1301/2016, dated 26.07.2016, as directed by the 2nd respondent by order dated 15.09.2016 in appeal in proceedings L.Dis.No.K6/527/2016, as arbitrary and illegal and flies in the face of the principle of law laid down by this Hon'ble Court, governing the issue on hand and consequently set aside the proceedings in Rc.No.DICS/1301/2016, dated 26.07.2016, issued by the 3rd respondent and direct restoration of authorization of dealership of fair price shop No.4 of C.

Vengannepalle Village, Putlur Mandal, Anantapuramu District, to the petitioner and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing the writ petition, final order was passed by the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner intends to avail the remedy of appeal against the said order.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law challenging the said order. No costs.
