1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.85 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kothapet, East Godavari District. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the subject matter of the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
