PNR,J W.P.No.5908 of 2019 HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
Petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Ac.2.00 guntas in Sy.No.207 of Ravikampadu village, Chandragonda Mandal. Petitioner alleges that Police are illegally interfering in civil disputes and forcing the petitioner to settle the dispute with unofficial respondent and the same is illegal. 2.
Based on the written instructions furnished by the SubInspector of Police, Chandrugonda Police Station, dated 20.03.2019, learned Government Pleader would submit that Cherupalli Susheela (6th respondent) lodged complaint on 01.02.2019 against the petitioners alleging that she is the owner of land mentioned above, and the petitioners are threatening her to leave the land and trying to occupy her land. On 01.02.2019, GD entry was made and in further enquiry, Police have informed the complainant that matter is civil in nature and advised her to work out her remedy in competent civil Court. To that extent endorsement was made on 06.02.2019 at the bottom of the complaint. After 06.02.2019, no case is pending with the Police. Police categorically denied of their involvement in civil disputes. 3.
In view of the same, cause in the writ petition does not arise. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed.
