We have perused the prayer made in the writ petition. This petition is pending since 2009 and last it was placed before Court in July, 2009. With the passage of time, petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. We are, therefore, constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.

Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
