This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.10 of 2019 of IV Town Police Station, Nizamabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 323 and 506 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State and perused the record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State, on instructions, submits that charge sheet is filed in the subject case.

In view of the charge sheet filed in the subject case, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner/ accused is at liberty to work out his remedies available under law.
