This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief:

"...... Writ of Mandamus, declaring the actions of respondent No.4 and 5 in interfering in civil matters, and actions of respondent No.3 in not initiating action upon the representation dated 29.05.2017, as illegal, void, arbitrary, biased, unjust and infringing the Constitutional Rights of the petitioners enshrined under Articles 14, 21, 300A of Constitution of India and direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioners and respondents 6 and 7 in respect of land to an extent of 200 sq.yards out of 1660 sq. yards in Sy.No.316/1, 317/1 and 318 situated at Chanda Nagar Village, Serilingampalle Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.206 of 2013 on the file of Addl. Junior Civil Judge, KukatpaIly, Ranga Reddy District, and further direct the 3rd respondent to initiate action upon the representation dated 29.05.2017 made by the petitioners, in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders ....." 2.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners mainly seeks a direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5, not to interfere with the civil disputes, which are pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondent Nos.6 and 7 in respect of land to an extent of 200 square yards out of 1660 square yards in Sy.Nos.316/1, 317/1 and 318 situated at Chandanagar Village, Serilingampalle Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which is the subject matter of dispute in O.S.No.206 of 2013 on the

On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 would submit that pursuant to the registration of a case in Crime No.352 of of Chandanagar Police Station, Chandanagar, Cyberabad, for offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 of IPC against the petitioners, basing on a report received from respondent Nos.6 and 7, a Notice under Section 91 of Cr.P.C. came to be issued by the 5th respondent-Police, asking the 1st petitioner to appear before him along with the original documents pertaining to the subject property and I.D. proof. The averment that the respondent police are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondent Nos.6 and 7 is denied.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondent Nos.6 and 7, except in accordance with the procedure contemplated under law. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
