THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.2376 OF 2003 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Section 47 of the Guardian and Wards Act read with Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, is filed by the appellant/father aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 18.03.2003, passed in O.P.No.271 of 2000 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby, the subject O.P. filed by the appellant/father, under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, seeking custody of the minor child, by name K. Neeharika, was dismissed.

As seen from the material placed on record, the minor child, by name K. Neeharika, was aged about 2 1⁄2 years as on the date of filing of the subject O.P. Now, she had attained majority. Under these circumstances, cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication. 4.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
