HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 33993 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.3, in investigating into complaint of the petitioner dated 24.03.2017, is questioned in this Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader for Home (TS), on instructions, would submit that, on receipt of petitioner's complaint, a requisition was filed before the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad; after obtaining permission, a case in Crime No.323 of 2017 was filed under Section 506 IPC on 11.10.2017; and, after completion of investigation, a final report, under Section 173 Cr.P.C. would be filed.

Recording the submission of learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) that, on completion of investigation, a final report, under Section 173 Cr.P.C. would be filed, the Writ Petition is closed.

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27452 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner against respondent No.4, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home would place before this Court a copy of the First Information Report from which it is clear that FIR No.286 of 2012 was registered on 22.11.2012 on the file of Karimnagar Police Station, Karimnagar against respondent Nos.3 to 6 for offences under Sections 423, 420, 454, 380, 290, 504, 506 read with 34 IPC. Since the complaint has now been registered, the respondents shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
