HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.25295 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners in this writ petition assail the notices issued by the 4th respondent-Tahasildar, Wyra, Khammam District, under Section 7 of the AP Land Encroachment Act, 1905 seeking eviction from the lands in their possession.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

3. Admittedly, the petitioners have efficacious alternative remedy of filing appeal under Section 10 of the said Act against the impugned notices issued by the 4th respondent.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to avail the appeal remedy under Section 10 of the Act, if so advised. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand disposed of.
