CVNR, J & TA, J CMA.No.599/2009 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) arises out of Order, dated 25-03-2009, in IA.No.2925 of 2008 in OS.No.94 of 2008 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

At the hearing, Dr.Muddu Vijay, learned Counsel for the appellants, submitted that as the suit itself was dismissed, the cause in this CMA does not survive for adjudication. In the light of the above submission of the learned Counsel for the appellants, this CMA is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the CMA, CMP.No.1068 of 2009, filed by the appellants for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
