THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1802 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.49 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Raikode Police Station, Sanga Reddy District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 504 and 506 IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet was filed in this case on 21.01.2018 and the same was numbered as C.C.No.29 of 2018. Under these circumstances, the cause does not survive.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to say that the petitioners-A2 to A4 are at liberty to work out their remedies available under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
